前两天发布了Manly私立女校Stella Maris的信息以后有人问如果家里是男孩子的话怎么办？其实同在Manly附近有另外一所非常著名的男校 – 圣奥古斯丁男子中学(St Augustine’s College)。

St Augustine’s College is regarded as one of Sydney’s leading high schools for boys, boasting an enviable reputation for academic excellence and success. Founded in 1956, the College has approximately 1,200 students and limits the International student enrolments to a maximum of 70 International boys within Years 9 – 12. We are committed to the academic, spiritual, physical, social and emotional development of the whole student.

The Middle School at St Augustine’s College comprises three Year Groups – Years 7, 8 and 9, and provides a well-rounded and unique education for boys that is both engaging and enjoyable. This is done through activities and programmes, both within the classroom and the wider community. The Senior School provides boys in Years 10, 11 and 12 a challenging and diverse learning experience. Our College Basketball team was crowned National Champions in 2014 and more recently National Champions in Division 2 in 2016.

St Augustine’s College carefully selects and appoints a suitable guardian for each student who is under the age of 18. The guardian is responsible for assisting the student with his schooling and study habits, settlement into College life, as well as his general health and wellbeing.

Teaching your son at St Augustine’s College is a partnership between the student, the parents and the College. Each year, the College Principal and the Executive Officer of the International Student Programme will visit some of the major overseas cities to meet with the parents of our current students.
